Return & Refund Policy

VIQUA Products

Most VIQUA items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, provided they are:

New and unused

In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact Water Filters Canada at info@waterfilterscanada.ca to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending your item back. Please follow the return instructions carefully to ensure a smooth refund process.

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the funds to your account.
