Most Viqua items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must first contact Ultraviolet Systems Inc. to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending it back. Please follow the return instructions carefully to ensure a smooth refund process.

Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received. Bank processing may take a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.
