Refund and Return Policy
For Viqua items, most items may be returned if new, unused, and unopened in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is deemed incorrect or defective. A RMA number must be obtained from Ultraviolet Systems Inc. before returning items received incorrect or defective. Please follow the return procedures carefully before returning any item to ensure timely credit or refund.
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business day of returned item delivery to Ultraviolet Systems Inc. It may take several more days for bank processing before funds are received.
